Hugely important

I'm trying to reconcile, "I have verified this account through a direct family connection to medical staff at the facility."

With "They wanted this reported."

If they (the medical staff at the facility) actually want it reported, then surely they'd be okay with you revealing the name of the center and with providing an official public statement. No need to name patients or specific care-givers; just an affirmation that the situation unfolded as described.

This story is getting a lot of traction on social media, but it'd get so much more attention if national news agencies had something tangible to follow up on. Maybe seek permission to give name of facility?
